• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally,
• Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data pursuant to Article 7 of the LPDP,
• Request notification of requests regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights to third parties who are recipients of the transferred data,
• Object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in the event of damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data. You have the right to request the removal of your personal data.
